A leading supplier to the cosmetic packaging industry has immediate openings for inside sales / Customer Service positions. Qualified candidates will perform a pivotal role in the company's current and future rapid growth by servicing our existing domestic and international wholesale customer base as well as offering solutions and alternatives to our prospects (B2B). Management opportunities with competitive compensation package are also available. Exceptional ORAL and WRITTEN communication skills are required. The candidate must have strong organizational skills and be proficient in Microsoft office. Four- year college degree is required. Please reply with a cover letter and include salary requirements.

Duties include:

• Qualify incoming calls and inquiries, evaluate customer's needs, and provide samples and quotations
• Collect and monitor information on all the jobs in progress and assist in material delivery schedules
• Perform administrative duties such as filling, issuing purchase orders and order generation and literature fulfillment.
